By accessing and using NeuroTrade, an automated trading signal routing platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. NeuroTrade provides two regional editions (USA Edition with TradeLocker integration and International Edition with MetaTrader integration) along with cryptocurrency exchange connectivity. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
NeuroTrade provides automated trading signal routing services through paid subscription tiers:
Permission is granted to use NeuroTrade services in accordance with your selected subscription tier. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
The services on NeuroTrade are provided on an 'as is' basis. NeuroTrade makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Platform Integrations: NeuroTrade integrates with third-party platforms (TradeLocker, MetaTrader, cryptocurrency exchanges). We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, or service interruptions from these third-party platforms. Signal execution depends on the availability and reliability of these external services.
In no event shall NeuroTrade or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, trading losses, lost profits, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services on NeuroTrade, even if NeuroTrade or a NeuroTrade authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Trading Losses: NeuroTrade is not liable for any trading losses incurred through the use of our signal routing platform. Users are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. Signal routing does not guarantee profits and past performance is not indicative of future results.
The materials and signals appearing on NeuroTrade could include technical, typographical, or data errors. NeuroTrade does not warrant that any of the materials on NeuroTrade are accurate, complete, or current. NeuroTrade may make changes to the platform features, pricing, and supported platforms at any time without notice.
Signal Accuracy: Signal providers are independent third parties. NeuroTrade does not verify the accuracy or profitability of signals from providers. Users must perform their own due diligence when selecting signal providers to subscribe to.

NeuroTrade has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by NeuroTrade of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
NeuroTrade may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and supported platforms with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The use of NeuroTrade for automated trading signal routing involves substantial risk of loss. This applies to all integrated platforms including:

NeuroTrade enforces regional restrictions to comply with local regulations:
Users must select the appropriate edition for their location during signup. Attempting to bypass regional restrictions is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Downgrades to lower tiers take effect at the next billing cycle.
NeuroTrade reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, exceed subscription tier limits, or pose security risks to the platform. Upon termination, all active signal routes will be disconnected and trading account access will be revoked.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
